Keel - 'Want a taste?'

I finally got around to coloring this pic I had drawn of my character Keel ^-^ I WANT TO HUG HIM! If I did that he'd kill me though Anyway...here's some of his info:

BIO: At a young age, Keel was given to the Asylum. He was never told why. He was constantly tortured and studied by the scientists there. He is sane enough to know who he is and what he likes and doesn’t like. He likes blood a lot and finds it fascinating when he or someone else bleeds. He hates the scientists at the Asylum. Eventually, Keel breaks out of his cell and grabs one of the emergency axes hanging on the walls. He kills everyone at the Asylum. He likes to carry around the heads of the scientists he killed because he has some morbid fascination with them.

HAIR STYLE AND LENGTH: very spiky, covers his eyes a bit, has one piece that constantly sticks up in the back
EYES COLOR: black…sometimes with a reddish hue
OUTFIT/CLOTHING STYLE: he wears a ripped green belly shirt and very baggy blue jeans that hang off one hip...oh yeah and he's barefoot

DESCRIBE THEIR VOICE: I picture him to sound very excited when he talks…like he can’t contain his excitement. It’s fairly deep since he’s hit puberty. I don't have a VA in mind as of yet...hmmmmmm....
